Get a new room mate - either ask her to leave, or leave yourself. You shouldn't have too much trouble justifying your reasons to her!

There should be a residential system in place for changing your roommate. You should follow that process. If you are stuck with her for an amount of time during that process you should shift your focus onto yourself. What type of patience or cunning do you need to develop for dealing with this type of person outside of your normal parameters? And you have been put together with this person - will you aid in her growth or not? You could hunker down and wait out a change of roommate. You could figure out why this person is who she is and try to be real with your reaction to what she is putting out. Either way, from here on out, don't approach any situation assuming that any person is going to be how you are or without major issues. You just want to get through school but really how you deal with difficult people can be a major part of growth and career life prep.

I'm sorry to hear about your poor, delusional friend and how she is annoying you. Remember that a bad attitude will not get you far. Get some literature to learn how to cope with an addict. She is not her true self under those strange drugs, so you must be patient and understanding. If worse comes to worse, talk to a priest and pray for you all.

I would say give her some sex to bring her back to reality, but thats probally just my dirty mind thinking overload. You may be fighting a losing battle with this one unless you practice personal revelations on a daily basis.
Also people dont change unless they have a reason to, like their current method of doing things isnt working, but in order to realise it she will have to either open her eyes to it, or have someone who she may belive tell her.
I dont know how much you care for this person, but dont let her drag you down forever. Its not selfish to kick someone out that is causing you true misery

I agree with Cristanine there. First and foremost, you should try to help her. If that doesn't work, then just ask her to leave.
