I have bought some of the above, and the rest I have used in my egg receipts, to make my omelettes, and yes this I could live on for an entire week.

No, but I lived off of French bread and cheese for about 3 days. It was yummy.

Pretty close I ate bean and cheese burritos for one week straight I lost like 5lbs doing it thats why...a lot of fiber
