When a question is asked, and you don't know the answer, do you answer with "I don't know", just to get points? Or do you skip the question, and move on to another one?

I usually just skip. If I have anything of an answer I give it, but I feel cheap giving a no answer

When I don't know the answer to the question, then I will search the answer by using both the internet and my textbooks. For me it's not about the points, but it's about how much questions can I answer, how deep is my knowledge and learning new things.
