4 year before i had a car accident and at that time i didnt had insurance. i had a mitsubishi montero 2002 at that time. a 18 wheeler hit me from the back and ran away. it was snowing that time first my car hit the divider on the left than right. from front and back and the air bags didnt opened. so the problem is i am still paying mitsubishi motor 500 dollar each month the cost of the car and still have atleast 15000 the car was 45000 dollar at that time i bought the same year of 2002.

So what kind of help do you actually need?
If you need legal help you should have sought that back when you had the accident. You can't do anything now.
If you need financial help that would be against rules here as it's "solicitation".
If you just need to vent frustration, well, you just did.

Call the DMV in your city and explain everything to them and they may be able to assist you. You may have to hire an attorney with the understanding that if nothing can be done and you recover nothing then you don't pay.
If that doesn't work if am truly sorry for what you are going through.
