I think voting for the best candidate would be a nice change.

I think it's a better idea just to VOTE!! I have no fear of a woman president, or a minority, or a handicapped person (provided that it is NOT from the neck up as in most cases with politicians). Good ideas should be the deciding factor on who to vote for, being other than a mid-aged White male is a secondary issue for me.

The U.S. is more than ready to have a woman president.

If half of Congress had been female in 1964, then LBJ might not have been successful in having The Gulf of Tonkin Resolution passed.

There wouldn't have been that critical mass of testosterone that caused Congress to over react and hand over their constitutional authority to LBJ indefinitely.

They later regretted having done this, but once they surrendered that authority, LBJ was able to unilaterally press forward in bull-headed fashion to get us deeper and deeper into the quagmire of Vietnam.

The more women become officially involved in the affairs of state, the safer the world will become.

We will be far less likely to rush into military conflicts that make no real sense and cause us to waste money that would otherwise be put to much better use.

Equal representation of women in government is necessary for this desired outcome.

I think it would be a great idea, providing that woman was the right candidate. Voting for someone based on something as arbitrary as race or gender is really stupid, and people who go into the voting booth with this sort of mindset should really think about staying home on election day.

A nice change? I'm going to vote for the person I think is most qualified and suited for the job. If that person happens to be female then I'll vote for her. So far, I think it will be awhile yet before we have a female president.

the two Pakistan and England had a woman chief! what's anybody contained in usa lacking? it is not proper whether you're male or lady or your race. What concerns is that the guy who's elected posses each and every of the traits and traits the their parts want. and that they might cope with and make cautioned judgements with the intention to control the country. It kills me that human beings vote consistent with gender or race. That tells me that the voter did no longer make an cautioned determination quite an 'off the cuff' determination.

I think that a woman President would be a nice change, but I dont think that I want Hilary as our first woman President.

I think that there are better women out there that could be a way better canidate and President then her.

Great, we will start a war every month. I cannot wait. Women are great leaders. Nanci Pelosi is my personal favorite, severely breaching the seperation of powers enumerated in our constitution with her little trip to a terrorist country. Look at other great countries with female leaders.... canada! germany! Geez, I cannot contain my excitement for a women president!

In all seriousness I dont believe gender/race should be a determining factor in voting for candidates. If it has to be female, pls oh pls not Hildog.

I'm all for a female president as long as she's conservative and will lower taxes and continue with the defense against terrorism. I don't see much that would make vote for a male if he was liberal. After all, liberals seem very feminine to me

I think using logic and common sense for a change when voting for an elected official as well as having a very good understanding of our constitution is key.
