File an order for habeas corpus so that your ex will be ordered by the court to present your daughter in court and get visitation rights.

I am afraid that this will cost you plus cause a great deal of pain. My son went through a similar problem and it took three years to find his two kids. Going to a lawyer at this time would probably be meaningless because all he can do is hire a private detective to find the kids. Beware of lawyers. They can be awful crooks and do nothing for you. Can you contact your ex-wife's parents? Perhaps they will tell you where she is located? Can you contact her former friends? I take it that you do not pay alimony otherwise you would know where she is. If you do pay alimony or money for the kids through a different person than your wife then withhold it. I wish you luck. It is a very tough one.

I need more information. Does your ex have full custody? If so there is nothing you can do. If you are not able to see her on your schedule visitations than contact the courts. If he has her hidden away while you both share custody call the cops and report it as a kidnapping.

If that doesn't work - check with a Private Investigator or I believe I heard of an organization called Child Find.
