A person that suffers from insomnia is just not having enough sex. Orgasms before bedtime is the cure for a good nights sleep. No intended to be funny. That's the truth.

Is there something that has been bothering you? Stress and worrying about something can keep you up at night. Try working out running or walking in the evenings to get you tired. You might have sleep apnea. If you have trouble during the day with work and every day activities you might want to see a doctor and get a sleep study done. Good Luck!

now and lower back a under pressure recommendations can shop you wide awake even once you're drained. attempt my well known: Animal-Vegetable-Mineral, initiate with the letter A in each and every type [aardvark, avocado, aluminium, and so on.] and while you're something like Moi, you would be asleep in the previous you hit the H's. Like counting sheep, yet thinking up particularly some issues with each and every letter distracts you from a hectic-busy-busy head... Works the two properly with geography [Alberta, Albuquerque, Assam....zzzzzzz]. Bonne nuit!

I always find it's hard for me to sleep at nite, no matter how tired I am, even when I'm sick...I always sleep after 1AM and wake up at 5AM...I really don't know what to do about it since we have to sleep at least 8 hours a day...

Is it insomnia??? Hopefully it's not

Almost every night. That's when I usually break out my laptop and start answering silly questions on P&S. My Doc gave me Lunesta, but it just makes me feel kind of drunk and trippy. So I usually just pop a muscle relaxer and type away untill my eyes start drooping!
