the retail price for the wireless guitar is usually around $60. i haven't seen a regular one in retail, but i'm sure it's less.
they have a bundle pack which comes with the game, a guitar (not wireless [looks like a gibson SG]), some stickers, and a shoulder strap for $80. it's a great deal, and can be found at any game store, wal mart, and probably best buy.
