Someone who kills 32 people shouldn't be forgiven. Someone who kills at least 140000 people for reasons of greed for oil shouldn't be forgiven either.

After Amish shootings they publicly stated they forgive the gunman, but they are devotedly religious.
I hope in time that some of the people who were extremely close to this can forgive Cho. It wouldn’t happen right away for most, it could take years. However in the end I think it would probably benefit people to forgive him, its apart of the healing process and moving on. Plus carrying Anger in your heart for a long time is not good for a person.

The idea around forgiveness, is letting go of the hurt and anger so you can get on with you life. Many would argue that holding that anger for so long would mean that the gunman had control over you still. I believe it's a very personal thing, and there is no right answer.

People should probably forgive cause that makes the situation easier to deal with - you don't hold a grudge againts him and ruin your life. I know I couldn't forgive someone for years and it made me a very bitter person. At the same time people should never forget the day tragedy struck.

those issues ensue so speedy and livid and reason such pandemonium, there's no longer time to handle everybody. An experienced guy or woman can reload in a count of seconds. i does no longer be speedy to decide those working for their lives as i've got faith you may do the comparable element!

this case happens because he was a "loner".
Cho seung hui has no even korean friends.
He was brought here from South Korea when he was very young, so really he is as American as anyone else. I certainly hope this does not cause some people to blame Asians for this. He was having problems with depression; a condition that affects many of us regardless of race.
CHO'S FAMILY POSTMAN SAID: cho was "superfine", it just fine and polite and it just break my heart. They were always smiles and polite when i delivered news paper to them. it make my heart lonely when this strategy happen.
FOX NEWS SAID: Cho's family was church going people and polite people.
POLICE SAID: it is just type of "loner".
DOCTOR SAID: He doesnt have a friend and he's just a loner.
South korean's feels shock and sadness, and some of koreans cried and feel heart full of sorrow.
I think He was having problems with depression; a condition that affects many of us regardless of race. it was just a loner's reaction when it get to mad so this crime happens.

If a person cannot forgive he carries a burden of anger in his heart. That anger robs him of peace and joy. Those who have suffered the unimaginable grief of the loss of their child to homicide can tell you that the key to recovery is forgiveness. Grief and anger will destroy you.
Most of the people in the self-help group Parents of Murdered Children have strong feelings about this issue as well as Citizens against Homicide. (Members of both national groups have suffered the loss of a loved one to homicide) Compassionate Friends is also a self-help group however it is for parents who have lost a child to any cause homicide, accidental death or disease.

Yes. Do you know about the Highest Holy Day we just celebrated as Christians? It IS Forgiveness. It is a gift to which everyone is entitled. Even people who do evil things.
I agree it is hard to think about right now but it is not up to us to decide now is it? :)

We're supposed to forgive people because the bible says that God says vengeance is His, and of course one of the main teachings of Christ was forgiveness.
