It's never going to be built, and even if it were, it wouldn't do any good. As long as there are unemployed people in Mexico with hungry children and employers in the USA looking for a source of cheap manual labor, there will be immigration.

Immigration is a supply and demand problem, just like drugs. All of our work on the drug side has been a vain attempt to try to stop the supply. We need to either stop the demand, or make it legal.

How do you stop the demand? Make hiring an illegal a felony punishable by a $25,000 fine and 5 years in prison. I think you would find that most US employers would not take that risk.

But my solution is to both make hiring illegally very risky AND establish a program where hiring legally is much, much easier. Then you don't need a wall. You'll just be encouraging employers to go the legal route and make it impossible for illegal immigrants to find jobs. Problem solved, no wall needed.

Don't need a wall, Declare open season on wetbacks, sell hunting license and toe tags for $1,000 a season and watch the Rio Grand grow into the biggest hunting resort in America. The fees can be used to provide rest areas and campgrounds. Tax free!

The wall cannot be built because it is futile since illegal immigration cannot solved even if it is built because people can come through planes and ships.

It appears that, with most US Politicians, it is not a High Priority. So we might all be dead before there is a Wall built.

If you think walls will keep people from crossing the border...I have a doozy for you in China...and one of my former history teachers still has a small piece from the one that USED to be in Berlin.

It is two walls with a road between them. Just wanted to know for sure because we want the tunnel long enough. In the mountains it is going to take time. I do not know for sure but they usually let ou know you have two weeks to get through. I think it is totally unfair because in Florida if you get on solid ground you have made it.

Never, look up NAU(North American Union). They want to make Mexico, Canada and USA one super nation to compete with china and the European Union. one day we'll all be spending Amero dollars not US dollars, It's part of a sick globalist agenda to one day make the earth one Nation. check out SPP.gov. It'll explain it all . NAFTA was not just for free trade. It's much more.
