I love the my cranium being massaged as well as scratched. I also love a slight tickle anywhere on the back or arms. ITS SO RELAXING. If your thinking the dirty side of it, I don't have a penis. So, the answer would be no.

I love it. Especially around the temples and the back of my head. It can put me to sleep it is so relaxing.
