Plain bread

My mother told me, "plain white bread." Stay away from salty or sweet stuff as they might make your stomach feel worse.
Also, drink something with bubbles: like Ginger Ale or seltzer.
Ever wonder what's in Alka Seltzer. . .mostly bubbles!
I've also heard that plain salad (without dressing), since it's "ruffage" and can't be digested, pushes whatever's hurting your stomach along and out. I don't know if that's true, though. I hope your stomach feels better.

Ginger Ale and Saltine Crackers

Don't you kind of have to listen to your bodies suggestion, and take in what you can at that time? A stomach cannot kind of hurt. Thats like saying, I am kind of pregnant. Your stomach hurts or doesn't it. You need to evaluate, why it could be hurting. Are you stressed? Did you miss a meal? Are you menstruating. etc. This is not a question you can ask us, its a question you need to ask yourself. Eat then, what you think you can tolerate.

You could eat crackers, it always helps when my stomach hurts, or you can just drink some milk, that will help too.

Saltine crackers. If I am not feeling all "pukey", then I'll sip on some coke or pepsi. Coke is normally better for making my stomach feel better.

It depends on what kind of pain you are experiencing and what other symptoms you have.

Hard to go wrong with some wheat toast and chicken noodle soup.
