go to your court house and ask for a court form to reduce your child support payments. You typically submit the form and a court date is set up.
hope this helps

HONESTLY IT WILL BE VERY HARD FOR U TO LOWER
THE CHILD SUPPORT PAYMENTS. AND IT WILL TAKE
A LONG AND EXHAUSTING TERM ON UR RELATIONSHIP. I CAN UNDERSTAND HOW FINANCES ARE TIGHT AND HOW SOME COUPLES BARELY GET
BY BUT THERE IS ALWAYS A WAY TO GET PASSED
THIS HURDLE AND MAYBE THIS WILL STRENGTHEN
UR MARRIAGE. EVERYTHING TAKES TIME AND
PATIENCE AND MOST OF ALL UNDERSTANDING.....
AND OF COURSE UR LOVE AND SUPPORT..............
