It's kinda like when a girl looks at a guy and he's not that talkative but you know he kind of likes you, and he knows you like him too.. but he doesn't talk much but you still know like you can connect with them because you guys are both uncomfortable around each other but like being close together at the same time...
A word that kinda means like.. they're mysterious.. but you like it & it turns you on that they're not loud and obnoxious and wanting to get in your pants all the time..

I can't think of one word, but a couple of phrases pop into my mind. "He's the strong, silent type." Or "Still waters run deep."
(-: Isn't it funny that there are words for girls like this (demure is a great one!) but not really any one word for a guy? "Shy" doesn't seem to cover it either. "Oooh, he's a shy guy, but he's my guy."

I'm going to say mesmerising, even though it's not the word I want. It's the only one that comes to mind. So I'll have to run with it. I curse my limited vocabulary.

Try "sensual" - "seductive" and in order to qualify it, try saying "secretively seductive" or "secretively sensual" , hope this is what you are looking for.
