Well let's do the math shall we, 18 weeks divided by 7 days in a week, 4 weeks in a month 4 weeks times 4 = 16 weeks plus there's two weeks left so that would be 4 and a half months pregnant. Go by the 40 week cause you actually carry your baby 40 weeks (10 months).

1 month of pregnancy is 4 weeks so you are 4 1/2 months. You are actually pregnant for 10 months going off that

It's not rocket science...4 weeks = 1 month...
so divide 18 by 4 and what do you come up with?
