If your underarms are wet when outside of the pool from sweat I'd say you need to change your deoderant. I had this problem before and when I changed my deoderant the wetness completely stopped.

If you're talking about while swimming you're just going to have to deal with it. It's kind of like why we have toes when they really serve little purpose; that is, it's just a fact of life.

And lastly, if you have wet underarms after swimming you need to wipe them with a towel afterwards (you should be drying yourself off with a towel anyways).

If I'm not mistaken the underarms are always wet when swimming.
