I need to write a paper about the negative effects of automation in the workplace......and ideas??

Talk about how automation has put thousands of people out of work, have made companies capable of putting small businesses out of business by flooding the market while still making a profit (since they don't have to pay employees), how automation creates a need for more resources and thereby destroys the earth faster and creates more waste, and how quality and personal touch have vanished to be replaced by uniformity and quantity.

If you automate every thing in the work space you take the hands on out of it.... the creativity and personality out of it..... lets say you make specialty easter eggs that are custom, and you get a machine to do it, all the easter eggs will turn out the same and they wont be "special" or custom anymore... yeah you could make them cool, but not different.... good luck

Use the internet to do some research. If you can't motivate yourself, don't do it.
Its your life, so find something interesting to do instead.
