I saw this the other day, and I thought it wasn't very good. It was all hype, 100 and 10 percent (I'm expecting 300 to have that, too.) Good plot, poorly executed.

I think that "The Boondock Saints" was an exceptional movie. Very good, but I will admit some of it seemed contrived, especially the ending.
"300" was okay, but it was is nowhere near as good as the Saints and other macho films like "Pulp Fiction", "Sin City" or "Gladiator."

know there's a lot of people who either worship this movie or hate it. Truth be told this movie is just a fun action movie with a good plot, great characters, and very good direction. Compare it to whatever you want, but you can do that with any movie out there. If you haven't had the chance to catch this flick, go out and rent it! it's one of those movies that shouldn't be missed. I guarantee that once you see it you'll be quoting it left and right. Sean Patrick Flannery and Norman Reedus have amazing chemistry together, and David Del Rocko just adds the comedic relief that makes the trio one thats hard to take your eyes off of.

of course you have on no account seen the action picture Gigli. Now THAT grew to become into the worst action picture ever. in spite of the shown fact that i'm no longer partial to Boondock Saints the two. i began out observing it as quickly as and purely lasted approximately half-hour because of the fact it sucked too lots.

I disagree. I think Boondock Saints is an awesome movie, but I can see how going into it with high expectations would make you enjoy it less. I've felt that way about movies before, but since I didn't have any expectations about this one, I certainly wasn't disappointed with it. I love the plot, I love Willem Dafoe, and I loved the music. Overall I think its a great movie.

Wow, if you're a guy, you should just go ahead and cut off your penis if you believe that about Boondock Saints AND 300. 300 is probably the manliest movie ever.

God, me too...jeez laweez...I am told this is the coolest movie ever...and so I go get it and...uh...yeah, it's a movie and all...but good? me not think so. How did that movie get to cult like status? My butt was actually getting sore...a bad sign for any movie. We should rate movies on a numb butt cheek scale.
