a fjord is more like a big cleft full of water that has been carved out next to a larger body of water, like a sea; mostly they are famous in scandinavia. a stream is probably smaller than a river, that's what i'd say is the main difference between them; most likely a stream would be a tributary of a river.

Friend as per Oxford dictionary -- a person with whom one enjoys mutual affection and regards( exclusive of sexual or family bonds) or sympathiser or helper. But a lover means a person in love with another or a person with whom another is having sexual relations or a couple in love or having sexual relations. Difference is there between both. But now a day the persons are doing what is mentioned in the above brackets and calling as boy friend. That why a boy or girl friend is a person should behave as per above definition. Now a days to hide their bad relation we are calling a lover a boy or girl friend.
