I have a buddy that has the toys, and a lifestyle that is really nice. What do you get someone like that? He's missing a woman, but that would just be wrong!

How about wrapping paper, tape and gift tags? Then he can share his wealth!
Really, how well do you know this guy? If he's one of your bf's then you will probably know what he's passionate about. And I would focus on that. Or maybe get him an experience that he's never tried before; say bungee jumping or something else that is thrilling to do. Some experience that is memorable if it is a big occasion.
If he is just a friend/acquaintance, then all you need to do is buy him a token gift; good bottle of liquor, maybe.

a women who has everything too, or just pay someone, hooker, striper, whatever, or maybe he doesn't have a women cause hes gay, then you just bring over a very attractive guy and make sure if thats not it, then might as well get him a cat and tell him he will spend eternity a crazy, lonely, cat guy
