what does it mean when it says it will become more pronounced

"It", whatever "it" is, will be much more obvious and much more noticable. "It" will stick-out. Kind of like a hard-on at a nudist convention or a girl wearing a tee-shirt without a bra in a snow storm. Certain body parts are gonna poke-out. They will be "pronounced".

It will stick out more, or it will be more obvious and easy to find.

For example: The freckles on my face became more pronounced as I spent time in the sun.
