Stress and drepression can cause sleep problems. You may also have a case of insomnia. I would see your doctor and perhaps he/she can prescribe something to help you get the rest you need.

Sleep is for the weak
Train your body slowly to stay awake more and more
You'll accomplish a lot more... and with less sleep you'll be more energized
See msot people over sleep which causes problems in the long run
I sleep maybe 6 hours a day and can run a marathon everyday... I just don't get tired
I never drink coffee (coffee is awful for you... yet nobody cares) and only drink pop maybe once a week
Just you have to drink atleast 4 bottles of water a day...

Have you tried any sleeping aids. Some people need help falling asleep, but others need help staying asleep. It is worth talking to your doctor about it.

It's called insomnia... try over-the counter Valerian extract for now. You can't go on like that. You need to get back to having a normal sleep cycle. This can make you depressed otherwise.... a so-called sleep deprivation induced depression. You don't want that.

try EFT ( www.emofree.com )
This iwll help you to get to the bottom of what is stopping you from sleeping.
EFT is an emotional freedom technique that focusses on the accupressure points in your body. By tapping htem, you can allow your mind and body to release whatever is holding you back.
there is no cost for this procedure, and I have seen it work amazingly.
good luck. (I had one night last month where I slept the whole night through. It was like heaven. I didn't even think to use EFT on that problem and your question gave me the answers that I needed. THANKS!)

Drink too much caffiene?
If you don't eat/drink caffiene, see your doctor, an inability to sleep and the resultant exhaustion can be fatal if it goes to long.
