Does it really matter? The point is he was waiting for you and you didn't have to come to a quiet, lonely house. I am sure he missed you so much that he couldn't sleep!! :))

Depends on who he is? Your husband, boyfriend could be he missed you or just hasn't gone to sleep. You cat or dog, probably hungry or has to pee.

Depends on who he is (friend,dad,brother,husband,boy friend,stocker.
be careful who waits for you at 11 pm.
if he is stocking you call the police or someone to help.
