The United Center has a nice arena but in Dallas Cuban is giving away stuff so i'd say there.

Baased on 15 arenas that I have been honored to watch various teams perform, I was most impressed with AT&T center ( formerly SBC center.) There have been no fights among players/fans. I have not heard the boos towards visiting team. Amenities close by, as well as within arena. The intermission entertainment is Xcellent

The Oracle Arena in Oakland, cause my Warriors play there.
Key Arena in Seattle is also ok.
