How do I get blood stains out of my underwear?

it works best right away (so in the future, do this as soon as possible, makes it a lot easier!!) wash in hot water and soap, scrub until it's gone (but its okay if theres still some on there... i mean, honestly, it's your underwear)k


*from the sound of it, the stain isn't exactly fresh, so you might try soaking it a little bit first (in warm/soapy water)...

First wash the underwear in COLD water, never hot (that makes the stain permanent). Then start a load of whites and pour bleach directly on the stain. I found it also helps if you add an OxiBooster in addition to the bleach (even though it tells you not to mix them on the bottle)

First rinse them out with warm water and soap in the sink. That should get out the first on set of blood. Then put them in the wash with laundry detergent. Tide is really good. Best of luck.

Rinse first in cold water. Hot water sets them.

And of course, wash and dry per the tag's instructions

before you wash them(in cold water) pour some peroxide on the stain,it helps break it down.

easy .... try to use this really strong body soap... ZEst , but wet the undies first then wash in the laundry , but after you put the soap on leave it on ...so it rinses in the wash
