MOVIE THEATERS, cars, churches, schools, all common places for people to whip out their crazr, (another cellphone) or en-v and start talking and texting, the only problem is, they pay more attention to their phone than what they are doing or where they are going.

If you are verbally presenting your speech, have some one call your phone as you are just about to start.
I've seen many people cause accidents and in some cases serious injury to themselves and others merely by attempting to drive and use a cell phone.
Some people are just not equipped to multi-task!

I met this beautiful girl, she loves cheese pizza,extra cheese(just like me) she grew up in orange county and has had this dream of sailing the ocean since a child, I think she's the one?we just met, and yet I know her life story, if only she was talking to me,I learned all this at the dentist in the waiting room.

Walk in looking like you're using a phone and say, "I'm sorry, I'll be just a moment." Wait about ten seconds, then start your speech using that to get their attention.

how about your phone ringing some long annoying ring tone just as you're about to start your speech...you have to dig it out of your bag (have someone else in the class? call you)...and then you Answer it! right before you have to give your speech...pretend like it just happened...and then...
