I make 2 eggs over medium, place them on english muffin halves & then melt a slice of cheddar cheese over them.....

I like to boil them, let them cool, then hide them under the covers with you. I blindfold myself and try to nudge an egg into a corner. With the right moves, I can "crack" it open and enjoy it for "break"fast. LOL You just had to know, didn't you?!

Over easy, lots of pepper, a little salt, then melted american cheese and a slice or two of cooked bacon.. on an e-muff or croissant with a bit of mayo.

Over Medium with Carne Asada, Simmered beans, Rice, and Corn Tortillas. I wash it down with a nice roasted coffee.

Either sunny side up so I can dip my toast in the yolk or as egg salad on whole wheat with onion, lettuce and tomato. Maybe some pickle in there as well. Dang it, now I'm hungry.

I like scrambled eggs with cheese scrambled with them and hard boiled eggs. I like them fried also, but not as much.

I love eggs any way you fix them. Mostly though I like them fried over easy in bacon grease. I know it doesn't sound healthy but they sure do taste better that way.

I love eggs benedict whenever we go out for breakfast otherwise i have my eggs poached. I know their really fattening but i don't eat them often so when i do i make up for the other times. ; )
