I'm sure you mean a classic windmill. Start by drawing like a mini light house. A structure like a birdhouse. Cylindrical in proportion but not round. Create like a shelter on the top side as though a balcony. The mill itself use a compass/protractor to draw a very light circle. Divide it into 4 part. At each lineage make a rectangle. Sort of like a vintage ceiling fan.

What kind of a windmill? The one is Holland or the one in the American west? Or the one they are using for electricity these days ... they all look different ...
