Good Q!
Before I became a financial planner, I almost went to Johnson & Wales to become a chef. I opted to keep it a hobby instead of a career.
What do I cook best? I make THE most creative, unusual & flavorful appetizers & tapas you will ever have!

I don't cook any one food or dish any better than another. I've been told for years that anything I make is really good. I usually feed the neighborhood. My kids want me to open a restaurant.

I can cook just about anything (chef for a time (in a previous life)).......My best dish is Wiener Schnitzel (pork fillet stuffed with seasoned eggs and breaded).
