Did it look like Bush was crying?

I just watched an interview with President and his wife, done by Charles Gibson on ABC about the shootings a V. Tech. Did it look to anyone else like Bush had been crying?

I don't think Bush is a monster either. I just wanted to remain neutral until a reasonable number of people either confirmed what I thought I had seen. I actually like the fact that he cares and you can see it when you look at him, unlike most of the other politicians out there. I was just wondering if anyone saw the tears in his eyes or if I was imagining things.

Bush isn't evil like most people think. Sure I think he is really stupid at times, but he is human. I could tell that he was deeply hurt by the way he talked and his facial expressions. Non-verbal communication works a lot. The eyes explained it all.


I cried when this whole thing happened it is horrific.

I didn't see the interview, but it wouldn't surprise me. I saw tears in his eyes as he took the oath of office and after 9/11. He is solidly against the killing of unborn babies. I like seeing that side of a man. Shows he's not all PUFF-n-BLOW, but a deeply caring person. God Bless You, Mr. President.

He's dumb but not heartless...despite his relentlessly brutal and non-sensical war in Iraq and his dropping the ball when Katrina struck, I really believe that outside of the political arena, he is probably one of the most deeply caring and sensitive guys you'll ever meet...I mean seeing images of him immediately after 9/11 hugging people, being amongst them...to me that says a lot about his character...and today's events confirm that for me...but I still think he's an idiot and should be out of office...Bush should be citizen Bush, not President Bush...

Yes. I thought the same thing when I saw him on television. Regardless of how anyone feels towards him, he is a human being.
