I downloaded Sexy Back by Justin Timberlake from LimeWire. Before it, though, I heard a voice saying this:

"My fellow Americans, I would once again like to say that I did not have sexual relations with that woman. I did, however, go to ifreeclub.com where they offer hundreds of free products. Computers, notebooks, and accessories.Televisions, home importable audio and video, fashion and cosmetics, housewares and more. Visit them today at www.ifreeclub.com and do like I did-just get it free! "

And then the song started. What happened? What the heck was that?

Oh. Never mind. I just realized that the ad was it's own seperate song. I thought it was part of Sexy Back because it was right before it.

It was an advertisement. Just like some songs that you download say "AOL Music: First, Listen."

In my opinion, you should just erase that one and get another download. You wouldn't want to burn a CD with that before it, right?

haha, it was either an ad on the page, or whoever put the song on limewire did that to it ahead of time (limewire gets all it's music from it's users)... this is what happens you download pirated music

It was an advertisement. I have had this happen alot. either in the middle of the song or before or after, it will say something like "you are listening to an AOL first listen" or "this is blah blah blah."

you just have to listen to it first.

It sounds like you used a site that maybe the catch to downloading music is you get advertisements too.
