Imagine, for a moment, this country with all conservatives.
First of all, conservatives don't like government regulation, so that means there would be no child labor laws, no minimum wage, no meat inspectors, and no EPA, because as we all know, if left alone, corporations will always do the right thing.
Then, there would be no social programs, no school lunches for poor children, no head start, no disability payments for those who can't work, because as we all know, there are no victims and everyone just needs to pull themselves up by their bootstraps.
And of course, evolution would not be allowed to be taught in schools, and all students would be taught that any problem can be solved with sufficient military force (all you have to do is kill enough people...problem solved)
There would be no diplomacy, no United Nations (not here anyway), and no humanitarian aid to poor countries.
No medicare, no medicade, and social security would be cut drastically.
Now isnt that great?

If we were conservatives this country would be 10x's as powerful as it is now!
There would still be child labor laws, minimum wage, meat inspectors, and the EPA with conservatives. What you say is false! Corporations do need monitoring to prevent them from monopolizing or committing any crimes! I don't dispute that! Privatizing schooling would be much more beneficial to our economy and children! The welfare state needs to be nearly abolished, only for the truly desparate! To say we would just go to war all the time is a stereotypical response from a liberal and is false as well! The UN is a bunch of dead weight idiots, we'd be better off without those elitists! Again social welfare programs are not the answer but the problem(welfare, medicare, medicaid, public housing) Social security needs t be privatized as well. I know how to plan for my retirement and spend my money better than the gov. can!

What if there were nothing but liberals?? No jails, free rehab for all. No firearm rights, or even a right to defend yourself. No freedom of speech, you don't want to offend anyone. Unrestricted immigration, total amnesty. Pornography displayed on billboards, but no crucifixes allowed in public. No military capable of fending off any aggression. You get the picture...
The point is this, radicalism on either side is foolish. Thank goodness there are right wing wackos out there, if only to counter balance the left wing wackos.
I stand firmly grounded with the vast majority of my fellow citizens - right somewhere in the middle, where common sense and productive compromise prevails.

because the problems would be eliminated by market forces - starved to death, die of illness and no hospital care available, die in the military service. Pure heaven. And I would go live anywhere but that country.

You left out that we wouldn't need any of that stuff. If you were a Conservative you would have more than enough cash to do what you want. Liberals are concerned with taking my hard earned money and giving it to some tool who is living off the government. Probably like you are doing right now. Sponge.
