too many periods?

masturbating usually brings on my periods, resulting in a lot of periods. i'm pretty sure that isn't normal. what can i do about it?
also i bleed a little after sex.

You need to see your dr to have this evaluated because you might have an infection going on that is causing this bleeding (breakthrough bleeding which can act a lot like a menstrual period).
