I got mine back when I was 21. I researched it very well before I got it. I am 40 now, and the novelty has yet to wear off.

I know a lot of other men that had one. Not a one regretted it.

It hurts a lot less than getting a tattoo. There is no scar.

In layman’s’ terms, a vasectomy stops the sperm from being mixed with a liquid called the semen. 95% of what you ejaculate is just liquid. The remaining 5% is the sperm. The lack of sperm in your semen is not detectable except under a microscope. That is why it is possible for a man to get one, and his significant other could not know about it.

You can have all the unprotected sex you ever want and never have to worry about pregnancy. That is about it. Nothing else is different.

Just keep in mind that any problems you might already have, or develop, such as STD’s, or ED, prostate cancer, are NOT changed by getting a vasectomy.

you cut into the scrotum and alter the vasa deferentia to prevent pregnancy. in layman terms, you cut the tubes that leads form the testes to the penis itself prevent sperm from leaving the penis and causing pregnancies. as you can imagine it is vary painful for a couple of days afterwords. there is procedure that can reverse it if you later want to.
