But why wasn't there any security on campus that could have f#&ked up this guy, before he killed all those students and faculty members.

I totally agree with you.
There's no excuse to why the campus wasn't closed down after the first incident. It's a shooting, not a fight or someone got stabbed. Two ppl were dead, point blank. That's more of a reason to close the f'ing school down. Why wasn't it broadcast over the loud speaker. A school that big has got to have a loud speaker warning students. They should've had security at every entrance when students were arriving to the campus to redirect them back home until the first incident was thoroughly investigated.

This is a cover-up. 26,000 students could've been warned in 2 hours. Someone needs to be fired for this s**t. This is unacceptable.

I really feel sorry for the parents and families of the students and faculty members that were lost due to this tragedy.

Please everyone stop making excuses for the Admin, and the Chief officer of the school. Whether or not, the first incident was a domestic dispute, two students were killed and that was enough grounds to shut the campus down completly. Two hours was enough time to get the word across campus and could've of possibly save 32 student lives.

There was security , but for the size of the campus
and amount of students security will never be en-
ough to stop what happened, only tougher gun
laws and personal checking of students that go to
the campus will be a better control of things. The
students may say it's invasion of privacy to check
our back-packs etc, etc, and that is part of the rea-
son students get away with carrying arms on
campus grounds. In todays world too much free-
dom brings terror so if you don't want terror you
need to cut back on some of that freedom, and it
is the only way to make things better, and until
america realizes that then more incidents will
happen. If many foreign countries say america
lacks in tough gun control laws then they can't all
be wrong.

Well, I don't think that anyone knew that he would do this. Unless the security were psychic, I don't think they would have stopped him.
I really recommend you to not start a hate page for the killer, because that would be creating even more hatred and anger in the world. and it would also be a very immature act on your part.

I fell asleep yesturday observing oprah's phase "Virginia Tech massacre." I arrived in college at present and in my company classification pupils have been crowded up against a working laptop or computing gadget as they watched the video that Cho Seung-hui had left in the back of for the international to make of it precisely what it has substitute into, an entertainment. once I have been given to my final classification of the day, the television became into on, and ofcourse, it became into tuned directly to the information with a reporter giving the main up-tp-date insights of the massacre. on the table of each and every table interior the college room there became right into a newspaper, united statesa.at present. the front conceal of the newspaper became right into a image of the killer on finished blast with a hand gun pointed without put off on the digicam. the photograph caught my interest, for he portrayed a celeb look. IT AMAZES ME that even nonetheless this killer is lifeless, he's recieving from the country precisely what he seeked his finished existence, interest!!! there is not any doubt that this conjures up others in his comparable situation to act interior the comparable way. we won't be able to blame the media for doing their activity, yet we ought to blame them for paying extra interest to Cho then they're to the sufferers of this incident. for the duration of the finished day I seeked suggestions on those persons. All I heard became into "They have been random sufferers." the mild shines on the assassin. What bearing directly to the families of those harmless human beings? How do they experience in direction of the video that became into released? different capacity killers for the duration of the country ought to certainly be making plans on taking comparable movements. They analyze what Cho had the capacity to do. The media would desire to swap issues around and not mourn for his depressed existence, yet lament for those 32 lifeless. they must concentration on what the assassin left in the back of particularly of what he did. that is going to be the ideal thank you to circumvent something like this from ever going on agian.

A lot of school security guards aren't allowed to carry guns. Only nightsticks, and sometimes a stungun. If he was that heavily armed they wouldn't have had a chance.

They were there, just not prepared for that kind of thing and they just moved to slow. Hate to say it, but its honest fact. They should have been breaching that building instead of surrounding it.
