That does not mean anything, with their accounts deleted, it does not stop anyone from creating new accounts, so more than likely, they will be back in no time.
As for your question, I'm a little self conscious about anyone touching me, so I'm afraid I'll pass on holding you, unless it was for extreme reasons like someone dying and I actually knew who you were.

I am sorry they were deleted. But may be they will come back or you can make some new Yahoo friends. You seem friendly enough to make friends easily.So get back on your horse and take a ride. why did your friends get deleted?
