Sometimes people have these type of dreams, it's called a precognitive premonition.
Where you see certain clips from things that haven't happened or may not even happen at all. But then there are people who have dreams of events they cannot control. I've had my own pre-cog, prem. dreams and some are like Deja Vu, and some make no sense at all.
It's in the meaning of the dreams and some people may not even know the meaning of their dreams.
It's very possible someone could have this dream but where do you place the event to help, and if you told police or press, or anyone to ask for help would they think you possible of this tragedy.
Would they believe you were crazy, well that may very well be. And it's would be all eyes on you, for telling such a story. I'm sure your not capable of this but that is the facts. A story like that would raise eyebrows.
You cannot change this event now, it's an unfortunate mark in history that can't be turned back. I'm saying it's very possible others had this dream, and/or knew in some was but couldn't prevent because in dreams you don't get a crystal clear view of where you are and what's going on.
I think now we all should just show support for everyone impacted from this terrible event. I hope this helped, have a good day.

The very first thing I would do is walk into Chancellor Steger's office and hit him right between the eyes with a 2x4 and then explain to that moron how he is about to be culpable in the killing of 33 of his students by his failure NOT to call in the STATE POLICE after the first shot was heard. And please, everyone, please stop calling this a tragedy. A tragedy is a makebelieve performance that you can walk away from, unblemished and unconcerned. The word Tragedy is what CNN wants you to use because it's so benign. The word Tragedy that CNN (as well as other politically correct buzzwords, guaranteed to change you into becoming an old feeble submissive bendover) really means that there are a 1000 more Tragedies to follow, thus ending the reign of Western Culture which is the OBJECTIVE of any Leftist News Organization. To define this horrific event properly would be to describe it as a malicious, well-calculated, criminal act. In-other-words:COLD BLOODED MURDER COMMITTED BY A MANIAC. Oh Oh Oh but that might offend the people who would want him to seek treatment if he survived.

I probably did back in 1991. I'm so forgetful that way. I remember things I should forget and forget the things I should remember. I do remember saying that children are never a mistake, it's the people you have them with. If all of the people who had died had eventually and collectively killed even more Innocent people had they lived than he would have been an unknown hero. Not that this was true but something to think about. There are many who are dying serving this country also that many seem to take for granted. We are a world at war every day in our hearts minds and souls. Maybe the dead are really the only ones in peace. By the way someone else made me forget even though others were listening and wringing their hands in greedy anticipation.

You wouldn't be able to change anything because everyone would think you were a nut. If you knew someone at VT maybe you could convince them to leave the campus for a day and take a couple of friends. This campus even had bomb threats and nothing of substance was done to change security.

I would maybe try to stop the guy before he started at 7:15. Like maybe be outside the dorm where the first shootings took place, and asked him for his help with something. It seems as though he didn't feel important, and maybe if he felt more important or needed then he would have changed his mind.

you place this question in regulation Enforcement...a number of those human beings, like myself, carry a firearm everywhere. a lot of those human beings are knowledgeable to react to specific circumstances. So once you ask this question interior the regulation Enforcement area I assume maximum human beings to assert that one might desire to attempt and do away with the possibility. of direction you may desire to discover your establishing. Do i think of that the VT shooter had rapid tactical reloads and there grew to become into no longer a window of threat. No. i assume there grew to become into one. even nevertheless, I additionally assume that there have been no ex- protection rigidity or police knowledgeable persons that understood what grew to become into going on. If somebody does not comprehend what's going on, has no longer been interior the placement, or seen the placement, there's a tendency to stall or freeze. that's fortunate that we are residing in a society that has brave females and adult males human beings that volunteer to serve. no longer each and every person needs to make certain war. we are fortunate adequate to have streets freed from gunfire and civil unrest. people who have been in those circumstances can react. people who have been in those circumstances will inform you that's better to stay on your ft than die on your knees.

just tell the police that i found some weapons in his dorm and they should detain him. either that or plant drugs in his room and tell the police that he has drugs and they'd detain him that way too. i was thinking of running into the classroom he shot up but they'd think i was crazy and i'd be sent to a mental hospital. you'd have to find a way to get the shooter off campus because nobody would believe you if you said that someone was going to shoot up a classroom. speaking about getting him off campus, you could hire a hitman or the mafia to "whack" him. that'll be the best investment ever. but i'd prefer my first two suggestions since noone gets killed.

Hmm. I don't think anything would happen.
You'd just say "Oh. What a horrible nightmare!" And go to bed.
You wouldn't want to remember a dream like that.

If your looking to write an episode of "Heroes", use your own imagination. Hindsight is 20/20. Speculation leads to blame, we got enough of that going around.
