Yeah ... it could... not something that I would normally do though... my metatarsals.. should stay right on my feet..

If Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie can get past their differences...surely Epiglottis can move aside for Metatarsal.

Yes it can.All you have to do is sprinkle herbs on the Epiglottis and it will sneeze.Subsequently, this will cause it to launch leftward for the Metatarsal to take its place.
