5 min ago, i have no clue why but i stared tearing up and in the moment i felt complete peace and harmony within, but then it left. that second was so wonderful but also confusing, why did i feel like that? if it was peace why was i tearing up? and also why did it last for 1 min or so? what do you guys think? i want your opinion on what happened to me and also about inner peace and harmony, how do one accomplish that? thank u

and now i feel chaotic like stressed, my arms and shoulders are hurting....this is weird

Maybe you felt a moment of true inner epace that is to much for human emotion to take or comprehend...

Or many you went into a deep state of relaxation without falling asleep.

It's a virtual impossibility by one's self. This sounds like it's along the lines of the near death experiences but they are misleading also. Don't know how you got it to begin with, but it won't stay at least in this life. Don't think that you were near death either from what I can tell. It's most likely a feeling of emptiness, or similar to loneliness. Once you feel lonely it doesn't go away, and don't try to induce it. Once you find that other person (usually other than things) then you can start to find completeness and not really beforehand.

yes, it is possible. but it doesn't/can't last indefinitely.

it can come sporadically, or by practice. meditation is one method; prayer is a similar one. music can work... it's all about altered consciousness (without chemicals/drugs), and you just have to find what works for you.
