Actually, when the wind blows, those that have passed on before us, are walking by, letting us know that they are there to say hi and to comfort us on our journey...
or that the cradle will rock....

That it is good to walk 4.5 miles per day. I started out a little cold and later I was just right, 54 deg. and sunny.
