My suggestion would be to ask a friend. If all else fails look at martindale hubbell for AV rated lawyers

Call 411 for the Grand Rapids Bar Assoctiation and ask for the refferal department. They'll give you three lawyers names and numbers that specialize in real estate law. Talk to them all and choose the one you like.
