How can information slander your reputation if it is true? Truth merely makes ones reputation more accurate.

Whether they are invading your privacy is a very different question. And whether there is an invasion of privacy depends on what types of things they are talking about.

what if he's asserting this actual fact with the motive of ruining my acceptance what am i able to sue under? i honestly pick to be waiting cuz i intend to make a session and that i do no longer pick to lose. I merely dont pick a foul acceptance this is all. I honestly have an extremely clean checklist in my view and that i do no longer pick something like this to start escalating

No defamation requires falsity or reckless regard to falsity...if a person tells the truth they cant defame you.
