Good luck. Some movies from the 30's on TCM or AMC will occasionally show a clip of rumba, but the rumba they did then doesn't even vaguely resemble either of the current forms. Several of the modern ballroom-themed films show tiny clips, but they're not at all representative of the dance. You'd think "The Mambo Kings" with that great theme song would show some, but if it did I missed it.

in the movie Two-faced Woman, Garbo dances the Rumba. its an older movie...WAY older. from `41 i think....
but its a really good rumba from what i can remember....
If you want, you can see Mad Hot Ballroom, that includes the Rumba, and even teaches some of it....

i think you can find a scene with the rumba in Dance with Me...with vanessa williams and chayanne. if not go to youtube, i'm sure you'll find something there!!
