I do not give sympathy to the virginia tech shooter. i feel a bit sorry for him, that whatever was up with him got to him so much that he decided the best way to solve his problems was to kill 32 people and himself. thats very sad. if only people who had that kind of anger would talk to someone about it, it would save us a ton of lives.

I say no! If he had problems then his family or friends should have known and got him some help. I feel horrible for his parents. It's not their fault and they must feel terrible for every1. A friend of mine say's he was mentally disturbed and deserved some sympathy but sorry- I just can't muster up any for him! I send all my sympathy and prayers out to all at Vir Tech!

I cannot judge this man based upon what he did in the last hours of his life. I think he was a tragic figure and that led to the killings of innocent people! No murder is okay but, we do not have all the facts as of yet! I do have sympathy for his parents!!

I feel bad for his family for the choice he made to do what he did. I feel bad that he saw nothing more for his life than to take the lives of other's and then his own and for all the family and friends of the victims.

When tragedies like this happen most people want revenge and to strike out with anger. Look at what happened when the same thing happened at the Amish school. The Amish never showed any anger but they had to be. Judgement isn't ours to pass and they obviously see that.

i've got a 1st cousin, graduate of VT, a protracted time in the past. i ask your self how has that journey affected him. Me? Outrage at viewing armed officers cowering at the back of their automobiles particularly of working in the direction of the gunfire, as that's pronounced of the U. S. Marines: that a Marine runs to the gunfire to suppress the source thereof. to pay attention comments that scholars are confronted with firearms being advised to re-enter a given construction: pronounced firearms ought to have been rushed to the maniac killing un-armed pupils and the mad-individual shot in the present day, giving it no time to react by skill of taking any hostage to its individual, nor to shoot the officer having arrived upon it. in the present day shot, no communicate--end of tale. i'm outraged that no longer one armed officer has been pronounced to have rushed into the construction with the rationale to confront and dispatch the source of the gunfire. That, i detect to be un-proper.

yes, with reason.....Its sad to know that he was so messed up in the head that he had to do what he did....Its not natural to feel like he...That's no reason to do what he did, he was a wasted life and he took the life away from others, and all the people who loved them...But to be known as that person and the actions he did is very sad......
