Because some people they do not care about anyone but themselves and would laugh at other people's pain and suffering.
I find it’s sad that some people would sink to a level where they will laugh at other people’s pains and sufferings or is it just that my mind is wired differently to others. Sorry I do not see what the humor of people getting hurt or suffering in pain.

well in my case its true sometimes because usually the funniest things i say are when im tired, but when im "so tired its not even funny" that means im too tired to even think of talking about anything, funny or not. i never say "my head hurts so much its not even funny" i say "my head hurts alot, and if i dont get some tylenol soon im going to scream"

As a mother of 2 women, spouse, complete time institution pupil, and side time worker, I can utterly appreciate that remark. It's now not humorous, however it is a slang time period that implies that you're so worn out or your head hurts such a lot, you're past any form of logical conduct.

wellllllll if a person is so tired that they might run into a wall or collapse on the floor (which would be funny).... it wouldn't be funny because then it would be serious
and i have no idea why laughing at someone with a head ache would be funny...
but i mainly use "it's so gross it's not even funny" because the gross thing would be funny to begin with

People seem to think pain and suffering is funny. Almost any current comedy movie has someone getting hurt and people laugh at it. That is why people say that

hey ninja! woo woo! i dont understand it either. i think its because they are always getting high so that life in general is funny to them, so when they get their headache its no longer funny. but to tell you the truth i think it just stupidity.i dont think it would be funny to get hurt in the first place anyways unless if the way it happened was funny

Pain is funny sometimes.... look at skateboarders who fall down, most of the time they're okay, but it sure is hilarious when you watch them fall.
Or watch America's Funniest Videos, most of them are people getting injured. lol. I guess that's what it means.

Exactly! I mean everyone does that at school.The reason why they might say that is because you might laugh in a fiendly joking manner.Although most people might not really find it funny.
