No.
One week after conception* the embryo is far too small to feel. Moreover, it isn't even necessarily implanted in your uterus yet, and very well may still be making its way over there from the fallopian tubes. (*I assume you mean that you conceived about a week ago, rather than that you're "one week pregnant" -- strange as it is, the way pregnancy dating works, you're "four weeks pregnant" four weeks after your last menstrual period. In other words, when the medical profession considers you to be "one week pregnant" conception hasn't occurred yet. Yeah, it's odd.)
If you mean that there's a "lump" that you can feel with, say, your hand when you press on your uterus, call your doctor, pregnancy or no pregnancy.
If you're feeling like there's something small pinching you in the vicinity of the ovaries, it may be an ovarian cyst -- "corpus luteum" cysts are extremely common (they occur when the follicle that matured the released egg retains fluid rather than being reabsorbed into your body) and clear up on their own.
Also, get a new baby book. ;p Seriously.

if you are only a week pregnant the baby is no larger than the size of a tip of a pin. I do not believe the lump you are feeling is your baby. The baby is way to small to even notice.
Go to this site it shows your whats going on each week. Typically at week one you just ended your period and most like conceive the baby at week 2. Your pregnancy begins with the first day of your last period. Hope this helps. Not to mention if you are just a week pregnant there is no pregnancy test that will confirm that, even blood test won't be positive due to the fact that the pregnancy harmone would still be way to low to even detect. You are typically are 4 or more weeks to get a positive result.

Sorry, but I doubt it! At 1 week, there isn't really anything there! I'm curious as to how you know you are 1 week pregnant when the results won't show until not usually less than 3 days before your missed period!

Because they count the weeks of pregnancy from the beginning of your last period, being one week pregnant means that you are conceiving today. That aside, your baby would not have grown enough for you to be able to feel it yet.
