What the heck is a pufferbelly?

In that song, wasn't a pufferbelly a train engine of some sort?
I remember that song ... now it won't get out of my head!

Down by the station early in the morning, see the little pufferbellies all in a row. See the station master turn the little handle, chug, chug, toot, toot, off they go.
It's an old song from long ago. I just remembered, it's a roundel
Actually, I believe it's about model trains.

Its a fish that blows up its size(like a balloon) when its afraid - ever see Finding Nemo? One of the fish in the tank at the dentist is a puffer belly.
