I'd strongly advise against permanently removing the hair. Going bald below is a fad, and there are strong signs that it's fading fast already. In ten years, you might drop your pants and have a woman laugh so hard when she sees it that she pees herself! Making permanent changes to your body in response to a (very) temporary fashion is an extremely bad idea.

If you can save some money, Laser Hair Removal would be where you ought to go. I hear it's painless and it gets rid of hair in different areas completely. Google about it or look into different areas in your town for where a laser hair removal shop might be. :) Good luck!

No such thing as permanently. Your best bet is waxing which will remove the hair for about two-three weeks.
