Depending on the age of the fetus, the drugs can affect various organs of the body during development. Anytime during pregnancy is a dangerous time to do any drugs, and that even includes over the counter-type such as Tylenol, cough medicines, etc.

For the baby: Low birth weight, birth defents, organ failure, being dependent on the drug, many many more.
Do NOT do drugs while pregnant. If you want to kill yourself with them fine, but don't take down an innocent baby with you.
