Cassandra ("Cassie") is from the Greek meaning "she who entangles man". It is a pretty name and the name speaks for itself I have never met a woman named Cassandra that was not alluring and intelligent.

Sounds Egyptian.
I don't like Cassy or Sandra or Sandy for short.

Sounds kinda elegant too though. If you name her Cassandra, I would not give her a shortened name, call her Cassandra

I think it's a lovely name as a whole (Cassandra) or with the nickname of Sandra. However, I just hate the nickname of Cassie.

I think it's really pretty. I think "Cassandra Lorraine" has a nice ring to it, and "Cassandra Marie" is cute too. I love the nickname "Cassie" as well.

Nice, sounds like a British or Norwegian royalty name. Classy and sophisticated. Good pick.
